  23. for CD ROM.  Version 2.0 is still compatible with your Bird Songs™ disk media.

  25. What do you get with Bird Songs™ 2.0?

  27. You get our highly acclaimed program that works exactly as you are used to.  With review, 
  28. challenge, and background mode (its like a screen saver for the ears!), you have complete 
  29. freedom to access hundreds of bird songs and pictures in any manner desired.  Build and
  30. save your own lists to simplify the learning process.

  32. Bird Songs™ is available in both Eastern/Central US and Western US versions, with the 
  33. bird songs stored on audio CDs from the Peterson Field Guide Series.  The Eastern/Central 
  34. Bird Songs™ contains 267 bird songs, and the Western Bird Songs™ CDs contains 520 
  35. bird songs.  Since all CD ROM players are capable of playing audio CDs, you will have 
  36. everything you need to learn bird identification by ear.  You may also use the bird song 
  37. disks in your audio CD player.

  39. Who can use Bird Songs™ 2.0?
  40.  
  41. Any computer capable of playing previous releases of Bird Songs™ that is also equipped 
  42. with a CD ROM player can run Bird Songs™ 2.0.  Specifically, this includes any Mac more 
  43. modern that the SE 30 running System 6.0.5 or better, 1 MB of free RAM, 5 MB hard disk 
  44. space, and single speed CD ROM drive or better.  A color monitor is desired but not 
  45. necessary.
